• The name of Jay's monkey - Willie Tinkle?  And he did...a lot!

• The pinball machine in Memphis
• The inflatable swimming pool set up on the Lufkin family room so the kids could play in it
• The donkey in Memphis with the cactus, where when you sat on the donkey, you were likely to get a rear end of needles
• The names of Pap Pap's monkeys - Jacko, Kim and Buddy 
• Flagging down the school buses in Unionville with a flashlight because it was so dark when it was time to go to school
• Sitting on the concrete slap in Unionville and busting the geodes that were throughout the yard with a hammer
• Picking bags of sponge mushrooms and then Mom frying them up for dinner
• The biblical garden started by Ma at First Christian Church in Lufkin
• Driving through the night to go deep sea fishing out of Louisiana
• Receiving shots from Pop as soon as you were carried in half asleep from the long drive to Lufkin
• The Willy's jeep
• The golf cart
• Tommy, the white crested duck (we were told it was a Mongolian duck) with the ball of feathers on top of his head in Unionville.  He use to chase everyone around nipping at the back of their legs.
• Jay falling down the well
• Jay cutting his tongue with an electric razor
• Dad's white suit vs Mexican food
• Hot Springs and fishing at the hotel
• Hot Springs and being wrapped in aluminum foil because of sunburns

• The old boat in the garage (now the Lufkin greenhouse) where Ma raised her worms
• Bamboo poles hidden behind the trees so we could go fishing in the pond anytime, with a freezer of day-old bread that we would roll into balls to bait our hooks
• The stolen birdbath

• Jon and Sheila dancing in the street (and where oh where are the films?)
• The tall glass container in Ma and Pop's living room that always was filled with the red and white mints and Brach's caramels

• Slip and sliding at Bam's house (there were videos)

• Crabbing in Galveston
• Snowbound in a snow drift on a deserted country road on the way to Memphis, car filled to the brim including pets

• Thanksgiving football on the front yard in Lufkin (and Jon who played best as it got darker)

• Jay breaking his ear playing football
• Pap Pap playing the fiddle
• Jean burning a spot on her chest while trying to iron a crease in her dress while wearing the dress
• Bam's Tater Family Devotional
• Jody and Sheila standing all day in line to view Elvis body
• Kids skates with clamps...tightened with a skate key
• Old movie of boys falling down on skates and the old pedal cars in St. Louis
• James and Jimmy bidding against each other at an Indiana Farm Auction
• Bam showing her famous game, "If You Can't Do This, You Can't Do Much"
• Bam talking about Jay and Jon as being in "Up The People", not Up With People" 
• After a trip to Hot Springs, the kids had Ben Casey shirts

• Warming baby bottles in the springs at Hot Springs
• Bam teaching everyone how to say the alphabet backwards
• Jean's Astroworld appearance when Jay (host for the show there) pulled her up on stage and put her in an old fashion bathing suit while they sang "By the Sea"
• The Christmas Greeting painted on Bam's fireplace mirror

• Broken down in Porter, Texas
• Water fight in the Unionville house
• Breakfast in Bed, third time was not a charm with pancakes
• Pap Pap pheasant hunting in South Dakota (and trying to eat around all those little pellets in the pheasant)
• Jay racing around outside the house in Little Rock with only his underwear and a superman cape on
• The kangaroo pajamas in Little Rock, complete with ears, pouch and baby kangaroo

• Sliding down the Unionville staircase on pieces of cardboard, like a minislide
• Fish in the swimming pool in Lufkin (until Dad shocked the pool with chlorine and up they floated)
• Mom coming home as a platinum blonde in Little Rock
• Little Red Schoolhouse in Little Rock
• Jay hiding in the old accordion case
• Jim Acy jumping off the tractor when he saw a snake
• Jim Acy making bamboo flutes
• Snow storms in Unionville, being without electricity or water, boiling water on the stove to drink
• The Hula Dancer Plaques brought home by Pap Pap (Now on Shannon and Jason's bathroom wall.)
• Falling through the ceiling in Memphis, leaving legs dangling over the piano there?
